CASA is the Council for Sustainable Settlements in Latin America.
We are a multicultural and inclusive community, living in fullness, peace and harmony with Mother Earth and with all beings that inhabit this common home.
CASA Latina works to coordinate a network of organisations and other networks that promote and facilitate the connection of sustainable settlements in Latin America, with the aim of sharing and exchanging: information, knowledge, experiences and services, promoting the organisation of national and regional networks for the strengthening of the undertakings and initiatives of the network and the achievement of buen vivir in the territories where the sustainable settlements that make up CASA Latina have an impact.
We promote the creation and articulation of initiatives, projects, networks and sustainable settlements to live and promote regenerative lifestyles and resilient societies. We support and develop inspiring initiatives, events and projects in the ecological, social, cultural and spiritual fields. We provide information, tools and trainings to accelerate the transition to regenerative lifestyles. We facilitate and participate in cultural and social processes of advocacy and action to recognise and defend the rights of Mother Earth.
